By God's Grace, I was born with the love of baking. At the age of ten, I embraced this gift by making my own birthday cake. From that moment on, I spent many hours learning and baking. This journey eventually led to the creation of my first small custom cake business which did well through parts of grade school and high school.

 

After high school I moved to Maryland where I attended culinary school and worked as an intern at The Mayflower Bakery. During this time, I was even Blessed to attend a class at Charmed City Cakes in Baltimore. The same bakery where The Food Network filmed the ever popular, Ace of Cakes television show.

Having returned home to Missouri, I am excited to use my years of knowledge and experience as I begin a new story in my journey: Starting my own Home Cottage Bakery in Hermann.
